Omnirio commerce is a cross-channel business strategy that is used by businesses to improve their user experience and drive better relationships with their audience across points of contact.
Omnirio came to Little Planet seeking a redesign of their previous user interface. Omnirio provided all of their clients with tablets, thus the goal for Little Planet was to redesign their customer experience from inception. To reorganize cost structure, Little Planet decided it was time for Omnirio to do away with the tablet hardware and instead redesigned an interface that is smartphone friendly.
The journey of the Omnirio customer was an aspect of the product that our Product Design Team honed in on. The delivery of data in a loss-less fashion was at the heart of this project. Little Planet worked tirelessly to create a dashboard that provides the user with the latest inventory updates along with delivery and pickup data.
